Despite various on-going political challenges between the West and the East, we are true globalists and see it as imperative to continue working together closely, in order to optimise and diversify supply chains.

When working with us you purchase directly from us, and we ensure products are supplied at the correct quality to your doorstep. We do not operate as a sourcing agency that connects customers with suppliers and is hands off after initial introductions.

Supplier Management
One of our key strengths is our network of trusted suppliers in China and the rest of Asia, as well as our ability to identify and qualify new suppliers effectively. We always ensure strict compliance with international supply chain legislation. We develop our relationships with manufacturing and technology partners with a longterm collaboration in mind. Our suppliers value the engagement with us, as it helps them reach western markets and customers through a professional partner.
Engineering Services
We cover a broad range of products and solutions, from off-the-shelve items to custom developments.
​To support you with your development projects we also offer engineering services. ​We can support from product idea to specification, prototyping, serial development and production based on an asian supply chain. ​We offer highly competitive rates for engineering services, and can deliver projects quickly.
Quality Management
Quality is at the heart of a reliable supply chain. Naturally we spend significant efforts to ensure our partners fulfil our requirements. ​We audit the suppliers quality management systems, R&D processes, manufacturing processes as well as their subcontracting and sourcing processes. ​For custom solutions we supervise the R&D process and manufacturing ramp up. ​
For on-going production we take samples and ensure continuous adherence to the required standards.
Logistics Management
Logistics plays an important role in ensuring supply stability and cost effectiveness.
​Any product procured through us will be delivered to your doorstep Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), completely hassle free. ​We work with a number of leading logistics providers to be able to offer excellent shipping rates, even for smaller purchase volumes. ​Through our end to end supply chain control, we can realise just in time delivery to minimise your stock levels.
Warehousing Solutions
We carry most of our standard products in warehouses managed by a global logistics partner, ensuring secure storage as well as fast and efficient delivery. ​Additionally we work closely with our production partners to ensure the product flow is optimised from production site all the way to your delivery location. ​On that basis we can realise cost effective logistics and warehousing while ensuring reliable delivery of products globally.
Consulting Services
Beyond our core business activities we also provide consulting services related to product development and sourcing.
​Typical topic areas range from product benchmarking, competition research, cost benchmarking to complete go to market support. ​This kind of consulting project will typically be part of a product sourcing or product development engagement.
Our Business Model
Our business model is to bring products from leading manufactures in Asia to your doorstep. In doing so, we are not acting as a sourcing agency but as your reliable supplier and trading partner. In addition to physical products we provide services surrounding product development, logistics, warehousing and consulting.

For off the shelve products whether already part of the NISACO portfolio or not, we do not charge any sourcing fees.
All sourcing, quality management and supplier management efforts are calculated into our product pricing.

For custom products that are specifically developed and manufactured for you we will usually quote efforts relating to the development and the subsequent supply of the products separately.

The Process from Idea to Delivery

Product requirements are defined by the customer and aligned with NISACO.

Sourcing
NISACO sources products from its network of partners or qualifies new partners if necessary.

Solution Matching
NISACO proposes solutions to customer requirements. Solutions are discussed and the right one is selected.

Commercial Agreement
NISACO prepares a commercial offer based on the chosen solution. Commercials are negotiated and agreed.

Sampling
NISACO provides product samples for approval before order processing.

Quality
NISACO manages supplier quality in an on-going process. Special audit conducted for customer specific needs.

Logistics
Parts are delivered to the customer destination, typically DDP, to provide customers a hands-off experience.

Aftersales
NISACO provides aftersales support, depending on the product and as agreed.
